- The residence in front with the new apartments with kitchen, laundry, wellness center and bike/ski storage.
- The more secluded Casa Lisetta is 30 meters away, with some rooms and some apartments and the gym.
- The hut in Socina (2 km from Peio Paese) with 1 apartment and the lawn where our weekly barbecue takes place.
